What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc), as well as payments through Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
What are the shipping times?
We usually process and ship all orders within 3 business days after purchase. In some cases, processing may take slightly longer (e.g., busy periods, special releases).
How can I track my order?
If you select a tracked shipping option, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship within Canada and internationally?
Yes! We ship to most international destinations. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. We strongly recommend choosing a tracked shipping option to follow your package.
Do you ship to the United States?
Following the recent abolition of the de minimis rule by the Trump administration, only CDs and vinyl are currently eligible for delivery to the U.S. Unfortunately, other merch items (t-shirts, bags, caps, accessories) cannot be shipped at the moment.
What are the pickup hours?
Our office, located at 160 Saint-Viateur East, #400, Montreal, QC, H2T 1A8, is open for pickups Monday to Thursday, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please wait for the confirmation email indicating your order is ready before coming by.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
If a package is returned to us, we will contact you promptly to find a solution. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending.
What is your return/exchange policy?

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
Please write to us at support@bonsound.com, and we will quickly find a solution.
Customs duties and VAT (international orders)
Please note that customs duties, VAT, or other import fees may apply to international orders. These costs are not included at checkout and remain the buyer’s responsibility.
