EXCHANGE

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

There are no exchanges for digital products; all sales are final.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

MUSICAL

There are no exchanges for physical musical products (CDs, LPs, and cassettes). However, if a product is damaged or defective, Bonsound will replace it. Please send an email to support@bonsound.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will ensure the problem is resolved.

MERCH & APPAREL

Exchanges for apparel items are possible if quantities allow.

EXCHANGE PERIOD

You have 30 days to request an exchange. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS

Please note that in most cases, the costs of shipping for an exchange will be at the customer’s expense. In cases where the product is defective, damaged or the wrong item was sent, the costs of shipping are payed by Bonsound.

REFUND

There are no refunds for digital products; all sales are final.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

To cancel an order or request a refund for physical products, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to support@bonsound.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

ITEM UNAVAILABILITY

If a product is unavailable due to an inventory error, we will contact you to offer a similar item or issue a refund.

UNCLAIMED PICKUP ORDERS

HOLDING PERIOD

All orders placed for local pickup must be collected within one (1) year from the order date.

CANCELLATION

Orders not collected within one (1) year will be automatically canceled. Items from these orders will be restocked and made available for other customers.

REFUND

No refunds will be granted for unclaimed pickup orders. However, customers may contact our customer service team to discuss available options.
