While exploring hyperpop vocals, and featuring an adorable dolphin squeak, this track is an excellent vessel for Sophia to explore this built-up angst and frustration. She created this sassy post-pop-punk double-time / half-time earworm anthem, co-produced with CRi. Sophia Bel expresses her needs and boundaries in a time when she’s had enough, the time when you decide that you are done with the adaptive behaviour.
