REFUND AND REPLACEMENT
There is no refund or replacement for digital products, all sales are final.
There's also no refund for physical products, but in the event that the delivered product is damaged or defective, Bonsound will provide a replacement. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org (with your order number and a description of the problem) and we will arrange the return of the damaged or defective product and the replacement for a new one.
There is no exchange on musical products (CDs, LPs, cassettes).
We only offer exchanges between different sizes of a same apparel product.
Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To exchange you product send us a email at email@example.com (with your order number and the detail of the exchange you would like to make) and return your product to: Bonsound, 160 Saint-Viateur Street East, suite 400, Montreal, QC, Canada, H2T 1A8.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should also consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
